In this episode of the Light Forest podcast we journey with Cat Lau, a healer and heritage journalist from Bangkok, Thailand.
I met Cat in Chiang Mai at a Light Forest workshop I hosted as part of one of the Pop up cities. She was participating in the the SEA Punk Playshop where she shared a trailer of her new her new documentary project wisdom trails - a journey to unveil the spiritual wisdom of Thailand.
Chance are you’ve been to Thailand and visited a temple or gotten a massage. Still there is a deeper wisdom that most of us miss without awareness of what truly ails us beyond what our senses tell us.
