Light Forest Podcast: Out Now

Hello friends,

The newsletter has been quiet for few months but things have been busy in the kitchen. I'm excited to finally announce the release of the Light Forest Podcast!

In Season 0 join me for conversations with change makers from around the world as we dive deep into areas such as Asian philosophy, indigenous knowledge, civilisational history, regenerative economics, spirituality, and more, searching for the interconnected roots to the many crises engulfing our planet, from war and digital technology governance to climate and health.

Tuning in to this podcast you will hear from thinkers and builders helping us transition away from the ‘dark forest’ paradigm of infinite extraction, fear, and violence we live in today. You will also hear guests share their own “inner” journeys of regeneration and unlearning to live more authentic lives.

🥁The entire production from the research, recording, editing, and mixing is done by me. Including the music: a Hapi drum (a type of tongue drum) played be me, and a field recording from Khao Sok National Park in south Thailand, mixed using a combination of Bandlab and Audacity.
